<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>

<li>2 cups whole mung dal</li>
<li>1 cup split mung dal</li>
<li>1/4 cup rice</li>
<li>3-4 green chillies</li>
<li>2 tsp jeera</li>
<li>1 inch ginger</li>
<li>2 onions(finely chopped)</li>
<li>2 tsp curry leaves</li>
<li>2 tsp coriander leaves</li>
<li>salt to taste</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Recipe</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>To prepare Pesarattu recipe soak rice and moong dal for at least 3-4 hours.</li>
<li>Put the soaked rice and moong dal into the food processor. Add ginger, green chillies and cumin and whiz to make a smooth batter. Add some water if required.</li>
<li>Preheat the pasarattu griddle and pour the batter with a ladle onto the griddle. Make thin pancakes.</li>
<li>Top Andhra pesarattu with finely chopped onions, curry leaves and coriander leaves.</li>
<li>Serve Indian pesarattu with ginger sauce.</li>

<li>Put spinach, mint (optional), garlic, chillies and salt in a food processor to make a paste.</li>
<li>Transfer the paste into a bowl and combine channa flour, wheat flour with the paste to make palak poori dough.</li>
<li>Shape the palak puri mixture into poories. Deep fry palak poories in hot oil over medium heat.</li>
<li>Serve green poories with coconut or tomato sauce.</li>

<p><strong>Recipe</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>To prepare sevai recipe heat oil in a pan. Put in cumin-mustard seeds. When seeds start popping put in onion.</li>
<li>Sauté onions to golden brown color and add tomatoes. Cook for a while and add peas.</li>
<li>Put in turmeric, salt, garam masala and chilly powder.</li>
<li>Add a glass of water and bring to boil.</li>
<li>Put sevai in boiling mixture.</li>
<li>Let the spicy sevai cook for 5-7 minutes until all the water evaporates.</li>
<li>To further prepare lemon sevai put in lemon juice. Combine and take off the heat.</li>
<li>Sevai recipes are garnished with coriander and served hot with lemon pickle.</li>

shredded paneer/cabbage(optional)<br />
1 tsp &#8211; jeera powder<br />
1/2 to 1 tsp &#8211; chilli powder<br />
1 large tbsp &#8211; of flour (wheat/maida)</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Recipe</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>To prepare pizza paratha recipe knead the wheat flour by adding little water.</li>
<li>Take a wok and heat a spoon of oil or butter in it.</li>
<li>Put in finely chopped garlic (if desired), chopped onion and other vegetables.</li>
<li>Cook pizza pratha filling for a minute and add red chilli powder, cumin powder and salt as per your taste.</li>
<li>Stir fry the vegetables until they are soft. When the vegetables are done add tomato sauce.</li>
<li>Stir the mixture and remove from heat.</li>
<li>While the wok is still hot add some flour in it and make a paste.</li>
<li>Make two balls and roll small and thin chapattis out of the pzza paratha dough.</li>
<li>Spread the filling mixture lavishly on one of the rotis. Cover with the other roti and seal the edges.</li>
<li>Heat the griddle and cook the parathas. Apply clarified butter or oil on both sides while cooking.</li>
<li>Cut into four parts and sprinkle cheese on top (optional).</li>
<li>Serve pizza parantha with mint sauce or raita.</li>
<li>You can also use rice flour (maida) to make the paratha dough and sprinkle the cheese inside directly over the filling. The cheese will melt while cooking and will give pizza paratha a yummy cheesy flavor.</li>

<p><strong>Recipe</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>How to make khagina requires you to break the eggs in a bowl. Put in salt and whisk lightly.</li>
<li>Put some butter or olive oil in a pan and place on medium heat. Swing the pan to cover the bottom completely.</li>
<li>When the butter starts turning nutty brown put onions in and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they are softened and turn golden.</li>
<li>Put in cumin seeds and fry for about two minutes. Add tomatoes and sauté until slightly soft.</li>
<li>How to prepare khagina requires you to put in cilantro, egg mixture and chilies at this stage.</li>
<li>When the eggs just start cooking on the edges, stir the egg khagina briskly in the pan. Don’t let the scrambled egg curry stick to the bottom or sides of the pan.</li>
<li>Serve the khagina recipe immediately while it is still creamy and warm.</li>

<p><strong>Recipe<br />
</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>How to make cake rusk requires you to whisk butter. Put in caster sugar and whisk again.</li>
<li>While still beating the tea rusk recipe mixture start adding eggs one by one.</li>
<li>Sift flour and baking powder together.</li>
<li>Add vanilla essence into the cake rusk recipes mixture. Incorporate the flour gradually while beating the mixture at slow speed.</li>
<li>Fold in the yellow food color at the end.</li>
<li>Spread some oil into the cake rusk pan and dust flour over it.</li>
<li>Transfer the cake rusk recipes mixture into the prepared pan.</li>
<li>Put the pan in the preheated oven at 180C.</li>
<li>After 20-25 minutes when the cake is ready slice it.</li>
<li>Put the cake slices back into the oven for half hour.</li>
<li>Change the side of the cake rusks after 15 minutes.</li>
<li>Serve after taking out of the oven.</li>

<li>To prepare shahi tukray recipe heat the milk after adding sugar. Stir continuously.</li>
<li>Add 1tsp of clarified butter into the milk so that it doesn’t flow over.</li>
<li>Let the milk simmer for creamy sweet toast recipe until it is reduced to half.</li>
<li>Put in the black currant (kishmish) and cardamom powder.</li>
<li>Take bread slices and fry them in clarified butter.</li>
<li>Soak the fried slices in milk for two minutes.</li>
<li>Take out the slices and put into the milk previously prepared.</li>
<li>Serve the khasta shahi tukray cool.</li>

<li>To prepare tomato and cheese omelet recipe wash the spinach. Put the rinsed but still moist spinach leaves into a microwave safe bowl. Put plastic wrap on the bowl to cover. Put into the microwave on high speed for about 3 minutes.</li>
<li>When the spinach wilts drain it and put at a side.</li>
<li>Grease an 8 inch non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Place on medium heat and put ¾ cup of egg substitute in it. Cook until the omelet is set. Slightly lift the edge so that the uncooked egg flows under it and gets cooked.</li>

<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<p>Balls:<br />
500 g potatoes<br />
1/2 tsp turmeric powder<br />
1 tsp red chilli powder<br />
1 tbsp  dried pomegranate seeds(optional)<br />
1 tsp cumin seeds<br />
2 green chillies,finely chopped<br />
salt to taste<br />
1/4 cup fresh coriander,chopped<br />
Batter:<br />
1/2 cup gramflour<br />
salt to taste<br />
pinch of baking soda<br />
1/2 tsp  red chilli powder<br />
1 tbsp oil<br />
water</p>
<p><strong>Recipe</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>To prepare aalo baray combine all the batter ingredients to make a thick mixture.</li>
<li>Mash the boiled potatoes after peeling.</li>
<li>Make small balls for dahi bhalay recipe of about 1 inch in diameter.</li>
<li>Dip the aloo bharay into the batter and deep fry until golden brown.</li>
<li>Serve aaloo baray with tamarind sauce.</li>

<p>Jowar Flour 125gms Milk and water to knead dough</p>
<p><strong>Recipe</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>To prepare jowar ki roti recipe combine all ingredients into the flour. Add some clarified butter. Gradually add water or milk to knead a dough.</li>
<li>Make 2-3 balls out of jonna roti recipe dough.</li>
<li>Roll out the balls into thick chapattis.</li>
<li>Preheat a griddle and cook jowar ki chapati. Put some oil on the sides of the chapatti. flip sides of the jowar roti to cook both sides evenly.</li>
<li>Do not flip sides very often other wise masala jonna rotte will break.</li>
<li>Serve the jonna roti recipe with curd or dal.</li>
