Coconut Rice Pudding With Raspberry Compote

Coconut Rice Pudding With Raspberry Compote

Do you remember these small cute glasses? One of my very good friends is a food blogger too and he had given me this inspiration to cook a rice pudding with the addition of raspberries. And believe me since I’ve made this wonderful recipe with such a beautiful appetizing look I never felt the need to buy stored stuff such as rice puddings, fruit curds, ect. Rice puddings are something close to my heart and they are a lovely childhood thing to almost all of us! The recipe is simple, short, and yes, your teen age daughter can also cook this simple pudding. This is prepared in less than half an hour, with the additional benefit of a) Having prepared great dessert snacks for a couple of days and b) Have a reason to smile at into your fridge, whenever you open it To prepare this recipe cute little yogurt glasses are an essential thing! I always look for this type of healthy home made desserts because you now accurately what went into the snack, no unseen additives bad for health. Your kids will forget buying jellies once you make them this cute looking dessert. Before I finish I would like to say that with this recipe, seasonal variations are endless. Home Made Banana Ice Cream Recipe

Here we’ve a tested recipe for an old fashioned ice cream of bananas, let’s enjoy this delicious homemade banana ice cream recipe. You know this is one of the challenges I like the most–both as a trainer and with my pals –is convincing newest trainee to raw foods that there is a divine-tasting natural counterpart for every man made creation on earth. For every pot of Gatorade there is a cup of fresh coconut water; for every bit of cream cheese there is a coating of avocado and salt; for every glass of chocolate milk there is a cup of carrot-romaine juice; for every muffin there is a fulfilling bite of baked kabocha pulp I think it’s enough to make you grin!.... No-Cook Banana Ice Cream

No-Cook Banana Ice Cream

Last night Uswa asked me to make her an ice cream, and I obviously knew her first choice would be to have a banana ice cream. Since I wasn’t in a mood to stir in the milk and ice cream powder mixture so I surfed over internet to find a banana ice cream recipe that requires no cooking and I come across this recipe. I decided to try this recipe for the first time. Nearly all ice cream recipes need yolk-based custard to be made first, after that let it cooled for sometime and then set into the ice cream maker. But as I told you that this banana ice cream recipe calls for no cooking at all so it skips the custard and in its place uses a mixture of sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream and half and half to give the creaminess to the ice cream. The outcome is a pretty sweet, rich banana ice cream. But this no cook banana ice cream recipe doesn’t make as soft and smooth an ice cream as the ones using eggs. So far I have never found an egg-less ice cream recipe that makes really smooth ice cream, so when I want a really creamy one obviously go for the full custard deal. The benefit of this no cook banana ice cream is that it is much faster and easier to make, excellent when you come to a decision at noon that you would like to have ice cream for dessert prepared at dinner time, for example. Take care to use very ripe bananas for the no cook banana ice cream recipe.
