An easy to make Austrian style wiener schnitzel recipe .. Serve the schnitzels with salad, ketchup and French fries
2 pounds veal
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste
4 cups bread crumbs
1/8 cup oil for frying
Cut the veal into steaks, almost as deep as your finger. Rub in flour. In a low bottomed dish, whip the eggs well with 1 tablespoon oil, salt and pepper. Then you’ll coat the veal with egg batter, and later with bread crumbs.
Heat 1/4 cup oil in a heavy skillet on normal flame. Fry veal until caramel brown, for almost 5 minutes on all sides.
