Quick simple banana ice cream recipe that rocks for kids and teen parties.

Ingredients

2 cups Milk
2 cups Whipping cream
2 Eggs -- beaten
1 1/4 cup Sugar
2 medium Ripe bananas -- peeled
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Ground nutmeg

Recipe

In saucepan, combine milk, cream, eggs, and sugar. Cook and stir over low heat until mixture thickens slightly and coats the back of a spoon. Cool to room temperature. Puree bananas in blender ( 1 cup). Combine cooled custard, bananas, vanilla, salt and nutmeg. Pour into freezer container or make ice cream with  the ice cream maker.
