Ingredients
1 cn (15 oz) black beans; rinsed and drained
1 Mango
1 c Seeded chopped tomato
1/2 c Chopped onion
1/4 c Chopped fresh cilantro
1 Jalapeno pepper; minced
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 Lemon ; juice of
1 tb Balsamic vinegar
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
Recipe
Chop and mix all ingredients. Chill one hour.

A low fat recipe, incredibly good to make pack in summer lunches. Last Sunday I had guests, and I made this fresh looking colorful salsa, it tried it with pork, but you can have it with chicken or anything you like. The proportion of salt n pepper makes it a really good dip for baked tortilla chips... have fun
