6 oz Blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 c Dry white wine
1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
6 oz Cream cheese
1/2 ts Paprika
3 dr Hot pepper sauce
1/4 ts Garlic powder
Paprika
California dried figs sliced in rounds
Parsley
Crackers

Recipe

In food processor, blend cheeses. Also blend in wine, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, along with hot pepper sauce. If prepared ahead of time, store at a low temperature and bring to room temperature when about to serve. Dust with paprika and decorate with parsley. Serve with fig slices along with crackers.
