Description

One of my favorite brunch eggs recipe that my family loves and I serve this brunch eggs recipe on most of Sunday brunch get togethers.

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) package frozen hash browns with onions and peppers, thawed
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb cooked ham or fat free sausage, drained
4 ounces mushroom
salt & pepper
6 egg

Recipe

1spread hashbrowns in bottom of 9x13 pan.
2Pat sausage over hashbrowns.
3Sprinkle with cheese.
4Mix eggs, milks salt& pepper and pour ingredients over ones that are in pan.
5Bake@ 350 for 1 hour.
6Check with a toothpick.
