One of the very famous Eastern European breakfast recipe is the kashkaval cheese sandwich that is grilled. It takes 10 mins to prep and 10 mins to cook and in a total time of 20 mins your sandwiches are ready to serve.

red onion 1 slice
kashkaval cheese 2 oz
dark rye bread buttered on one side only 2 slices

Assemble the sandwich first. Put the slice in the platter like the unbuttered side is up and place cheese on it. Then put the slices of onion and tomato and the other slice in the manner that the buttered side is up on the top. Heat you grill or skillet over medium high heat and then turn the flame to low then toast your sandwiches on both sides for five minutes.
