Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels, divided use 1 (12-ounce)   package
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tabs vanilla extract
Crushed chocolate sandwich cookies 1-1/2 (about 15)
Softened packages cream cheese, 2 (8-ounce)
two large eggs

Evaporated Milk 3/4 cup
2 tabs all-purpose flour


Heat up oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix together cookie crumbs with butter in medium bowl until moistened; press onto bottom of ungreased 9-inch springform pan. Dust with 1-cup morsels.
Cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract beat in large bowl until even. Beat in eggs and flour. Step by step beat in evaporated milk and sour cream. Place over crust. Dust with remaining morsels.
And then bake for 25 minutes. Cover loosely with aluminum foil. Bake for extra 30 to 40 minutes or until edge is set but center still moves slightly. Put in refrigerator directly; refrigerate for 2 hours or until shape. Remove side of springform pan.
