Description

Chocolate Mousse Delights recipe that tastes like restaurant meals. Separate touch of chocolate chips gives it a unique Chocolate Mousse taste.

Ingredients

milk 2/3 cup
8 foil muffins cups
1 tabs vegetable shortening
Semisweet chocolate chips 1-cup

Recipe

Chocolate chips and vegetable shortening melt in microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for one minute; blend. Microwave at additional 10 to 20-second intervals, and blend until smooth.
Spoon 1 rounded tabs of chocolate mixture into 1 foil muffin cup. Turn cup gently while using spoon to cover all sides. Put in muffin pan. Repeat with remaining chocolate mixture and foil cups. And then refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
Peel off foil liners. Place these chocolate cups on serving dish. Then serve immediately or store in refrigerator for 1 day. Garnish as desired.
