toasted and chopped pecan1/2cup
broccoli floret 4cups
light mayonnaise 3/4cup
1/2 tabs red wine vinegar
12ounces mandarin orange, drained
Then steam broccoli in water for 2 minutes until bright green and drain out. Allow to cool.
Toss together broccoli, onion, craisins in abig bowl
And then In a small bowl, mix mayonaise, sugar, vinegar.
Toss mayonaise mixture with broccoli.
Before serving refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight
When ready to serve, lightly toss in pecans and oranges.
