Easy Cupcakes

Ingredients
• 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1 1/3 cups sugar
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 large eggs
Recipe
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees then line cupcake pans with butter paper.
- Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a big bowl. Include shortening, milk, with vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes on normal speed. Scrape surface of the bowl with a spatula.
- Include eggs to the batter. Beat for 2 minutes on normal speed. Scrape bowl once again. Beat on maximum speed for almost 2 minutes until well mixed.
- Spoon cupcake mixture into paper liners and finish each when they’re 1/2 to 2/3 full.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick put in center comes out spotless.
- Let it cool for 6 minutes in pans then take out and put on wire racks to set completely.
- Once these are completely cooled, ice them with your chosen frosting recipe.
