Egg Rolls

Try this appetizing recipe of egg rolls that make a great addition to everyday meals as a snack or when packed in lunch.
Ingredients
Eggs 4
Flour 1 ½ cup
Salt ¼ tsp
Water 2 cup
Recipe
Add flour ad little water to the eggs in the pan.
Beat it and leave for 5 min
Then add more water and make a paste of it
Put a frying pan on fire, grease it with little oil.
Pour little mixture of egg and flour on the pan and spread it evenly.
When the mixture is half done, turn upside down and remove it after a few seconds. So make pancakes of the whole mixture.
Filling
Chicken 250gms
Carrots 2
Cauliflower 1(grated)
Onion 1(sliced)
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup
Chinese salt ½ tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Heat the cooking oil, and put grated carrots, cabbage, chicken, onion, salts, and white pepper; fry them for 2 min.
Add Soya sauce and leave it for 10 min.
Remove from fire and leave to cool down.
Take a roll (pan cake), and put a little mixture into the roll and fold it accordingly.
Make paste of flour with a little water, and seal the edges of the roll by applying this paste.
Shallow fry in little water and serve hot.
