Here we've a tested recipe for an old fashioned ice cream of bananas, let's enjoy this delicious homemade banana ice cream recipe

Ingredients

3/4 pint (375ml) milk or cream
(or a mixture of both according to taste),
4oz (100g) sugar,
3 ripe bananas (to purée)

Recipe

Purée the bananas put them in a medium size bowl. Pour in the milk/cream and sugar, then stir in well as you do so. Pour the whole batter into an ice cream maker and freeze as told in the manufacturer's instructions.

Extras idea - add some small fudge pieces 5 minutes before the end of the freezing time.
