Perfect Homemade Hash Browns


Try this perfect recipe of hash browns, nicely crispy and golden brown; once you make hash browns in your breakfast, you’ll love them. You can serve this recipe with our complete Macdonalds Deluxe breakfast menu.


1 lb medium-sized russet potato, you can peel but left whole, older ones will work best
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons butter


Cook whole potatoes in a big saucepan of steaming water (salted) for 8 minutes; after draining let it cool down.
When potatoes are cool adequately and you can handle, shred them.’
In a big non-stick skillet, we need heated oil and margarine together and stir fry hash browns over medium-low flame for almost 10 minutes on each side, or until crusty and enough brown.
Stir every so often to check all edges are browned adequately.
Serve immediately.
