Brunch Eggs
Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 (12 ounce) package frozen hash browns with onions and peppers, thawed
4 ounces mushroom
salt & pepper
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb cooked ham or fat free sausage, drained
Directions:
Spread over hash browns in base of a 9x13 pan.
Then stroke sausage over hash browns.
And dust with cheese.
Combine well eggs and milks with salt and pepper and drop ingredients over ones that are in the pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for almost one hour.
After one hour test out with a toothpick.
