Irish Coffee

Ingredients

1 oz. Irish Whiskey

3 sugar cubes

1 C hot coffee

whipped cream for garnish

Directions

With the purpose of make this recipe appropriately the whiskey has to be heated to a high temperature. Pour the coffee in a mug with the preferred number of sugar cubes. Then you've to use a spoon twisted upside down and pour the HOT whiskey on top of it so it flows down smoothly. Top it all with the fluffy cream. When you'll serve, true Irish coffee always has 3 separate layers. When you serve, you initially use a straw and sip (a very small sip as it is HOT) a smaller amount of the Whiskey. Then mix all the ingredients together.
