Mexican Green Chili Fries
Ingredients:
One cup cheddar cheese, grated
One cup green chili sauce
Six potatoes, baking
Directions:
Peel potatoes and cut into french fry sticks.
Either fry potatoes in oil, then bake at 400degrees in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Heat green chilies in a pan.
When potatoes are done put in a broil proof pan, I use a metal pie pan, pour green chilies on top then sprinkle with cheese.
And put back into a broiler for 5 minutes to melt cheese.
Optional toppings: sour cream, onions, jalapenoes, or guacamole.
