Classic Deviled Eggs Recipe
Ingredients:
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dry ground mustard
½ teaspoon white vinegar
¼ cup Light Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise
Paprika for garnish
Directions:
Pop out the egg yolks to a little bowl and reduce to pulp with a fork. Put in mayonnaise, mustard powder, salt, vinegar and pepper to mix carefully. Pour out in the empty egg white shells with the mixture and dust lightly with paprika.
Cover lightly with synthetic wrap and refrigerate for more than 24 hours before serving.
