Yum Yum Broccoli and Tofu
Ingredients
1/4 of firm or regular organic tofu
1/2 to 1cup broccoli
1 teaspoon chili oil
2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vegetarian barbeque sauce (you can find this in a 99 Ranch Market)
2 cups water
1 cup rice
Directions
I was hungry and wanted to make something, but this is all I had in the fridge and well it stuck. Cook the rice according to directions. While the rice is at its last ten Minutes, slice your tofu and then put it in a heated skillet. When fried to your liking, mix in the broccoli. Add the chili oil, soy sauce and barbeque sauce. Fry on low heat. When done add to the rice .
